Every pound is spent on something you could point to: a cart, a machine, a wheelchair, a roof, a water point. Our team buys it locally and hands it over in person.

    Livelihood support

    We buy the tools a family needs to earn for themselves: hand-pulled carts for street traders, sewing machines for women working from home, stock to get a small business started. One purchase, a lasting income.

    Hand pumps and water points built where families walk furthest for water. Each one serves a neighbourhood, and each one is checked by our team after it is built.

    Mosques and learning centres

    We renovate and build mosques and madrassas so that children have somewhere safe to study and communities have somewhere to gather. Roofs, floors, fans, mats, books.
